Quality Assurance Policy
Executive Relocation Plus Ltd was established in 2004 to provide first class relocation and property finding assistance to the international and corporate community. We are based in London, The Cotswolds, Bath and Bristol.
We offer a comprehensive service covering all aspects of residential relocation for both rentals and purchases, with ongoing support to ensure the move is a success.
Quality is important to our business because our customers are paramount. We pride ourselves on providing the highest standards of personal service and for being the very best at what we do. Our business ethics are based on trust, transparency and being straightforward in everything we do and we demand the same high standards from everyone we do business with.
It is key for us to behave in an ethical manor with absolute transparency.
We aim to deliver over and above our clients’ expectations whilst also saving them time, stress and money. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which is based around the ISO9001 framework, for measuring and improving our performance.
More appropriately, our policies are directly in line with CQI’s Small Business Standard – accreditation for which we are in the process of applying.
We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:
- One to one service
- Pre-viewing all properties to ensure complete quality control
- Regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
- A customer complaints procedure
- Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
- A commitment to our people and their training/development
- Management reviews of:
- Operational performance
- Technology
- Customer complaints and feedback
- Competition
- Team performance
- Suppliers
Our Quality Policy is available on our website and though the Managing Director has ultimate accountability for quality, the whole team has a responsibility within their own areas of work, thus ensuring that it is embedded within the ethos of the company.
The policy review date is July 2024.
